Dance Classes Royal Palm Beach - Dance Lesson

*Always be on time for class. Missing warm-up and stretch time can result in injury. If a student is late to class and misses the warm-up, he or she may asked to sit out for that day.

*All students must wear a cover-up over their dance attire when entering and exiting the studio.

*Do NOT wear your dance shoes outside. Wearing them outside can ruin the bottom of your shoes and our marley floors.

*Turn off your cell phone before class. If it rings in class it will be confiscated. If it becomes a repeated problem, the student may be suspended or expelled from class.

*Hair should be secured so that it will not have to be “re-done” during class. Hair must be in a bun for all ballet classes and pulled back into a pony tail (at a minimum) for all other classes. Use gel and hairspray when necessary. Hair nets and hair pins should be used for buns.

*Wearing necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and dangly earrings are prohibited, as they can be hazardous to you and the other dancers. Only small stud earrings are permitted.

*Absolutely NO gum chewing. This is for the student’s own safety.

*Excessive talking during class will not be tolerated. Dancers engaged in unnecessary conversation with fellow dancers during class may be excused from class. Absolutely NO talking while the teacher is talking or instructing.

*Disruptive behavior and insubordination towards instructors will not be tolerated.

*Keep a positive attitude and always try your best!
